Refund policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2025

All sales at Renovation Depot are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the limited situations below.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.

  • After evaluation and approval, we will provide one of the following at our discretion: (1) replacement, (2) repair, or (3) store credit.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be unused and, when applicable, in original packaging with all parts and manuals.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, special-order, cut-to-length, or made-to-spec products.

  • Clearance items or products labeled “Final Sale.”

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Return & Shipping

  • If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

Installation & Labor

  • We do not reimburse labor or installation costs. Verify fit and compatibility before installation.
